CONSULTING
As a consultant, I have worked with organizations of all shapes and sizes developing indexes that compare countries on a number of relevant metrics with the objective to flourish and nurture public-partner relationships in key relevant areas. In an effort to always use the most appropriate data I have designed and distributed international surveys and created unique web-scrapping indicators.
I have also provided desk research on some of the key trends shaping today's world: digitalization, decarbonization and decentralization.
DATA ANALYSIS
I have experience in analyzing a variety of data in different settings and for different objectives. My work has always focused on transforming data into insight for decision makers to be able to take informed decisions. In particular I have experience with supply chain data, financial data and macroeconomic data.
Using different techniques (machine learning, neural networks, regression, optimization, simulation) to improve forecasts, identify causal relationships and increase revenues.
I work with Excel, Python, MATLAB, R, Stata and Dynare.
INNOVATION
Beyond providing early stage start-ups analytical and resource management support to scale their initiatives. I have also joined several Hackathons to develop new ideas.
For instance, I took part in finding innovative solutions for tackling economic disruptions caused by Covid-19 by joining the #EUvsVirus Pan-European Hackathon hosted by the European Commission and the #VersusVirus Hackathon sponsored by the Swiss government.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I have experience in managing both internal- and external-facing projects.
More specifically I have coordinated

- a national youth start-up competition.
